How To Reschedule Your Subscription Delivery

It’s easy, simply browse the Forthglade website for your favourite recipes. Then on the product page, select ‘subscribe and save’ and choose how often you would like your delivery. Checkout as normal and your subscription will be in place.

You are free to cancel your subscription or any subscription products at any time.

1. Once you've signed in, use the 'Manage subscription' button
2. You will see a breakdown of all your products, use the arrow to select the product you want to cancel
3. You can swap the product, skip, reschedule or cancel
4. Click cancel and you’ll be prompted to give your reason for cancellation.
5. Once you’ve selected a reason, click next, then cancel and the product subscription will be cancelled.
6. You will receive an email confirming this.

Please be aware if you wish to cancel all your subscriptions, currently the only way to do this is individually per product. You will receive a subscription cancelled confirmation each time.

Yes, this can be done easily within the subscription section of your Forthglade account. You can either skip the whole order or individual products.

To skip a whole order: Click “Skip”

To skip individual products:

1. Go to subscriptions: Click “Manage Subscription.”
2. Select your subscription: Open the one you want to change.This opens a new window: Click “Skip”
3. Confirm: Your next scheduled delivery or product will be skipped, and the following one will process as normal.
4. Check confirmation: Look for an update in your account or a confirmation email.

As a subscriber you have full flexibility to edit your subscription at anytime, keeping your subscription active rather than cancelling keeps any rewards or credits you have saved.

1. Open subscriptions: Click “Manage Subscription” to see your active plan.
2. Edit subscription: Select the subscription you want to change.
3. Change frequency: Pick how often you’d like deliveries (You can choose to schedule your orders every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks)
4. Or chose a specific day: Please be aware that your orders process date is not the same day your order will be delivered. Once your order is processed the order is created to be dispatched by our team.
5. Save changes: Confirm and save your new schedule.
6. Check next order: Make sure the next process date looks right.
7. Confirm: Look for a confirmation email.

Once you’ve set up your subscription it will run indefinitely based on the delivery frequency you have chosen.

You can change, skip or cancel in the subscription section of your Forthglade account.

When you subscribe you join our Rewards Program. Gain credits and free gifts to redeem against your subscription, and always save 10% off no code needed.

1. Automatic discount: All subscriptions include 10% off, applied automatically.
2. Discount codes: You cannot use additional discount or promo codes from the main website on subscription orders.
3. We occasionally offer unique discount codes for subscription customers which can be applied in the portal. These will come to you directly via email.
4. Any subscription orders taken out during a onsite promotion will revert back to the usual RRP with -10% for subsequent orders

As a subscriber you will earn credits depending on your order value and subscription duration. You can either use them automatically every order if available or save them.

1. View your order: Open your next subscription order.
2. Check credits: Look for your credit balance in the Credits section.
3. Apply credits: Click "Auto-apply” They will now apply automatically when available
4. Please note: Credits can only be used on subscription orders

Free Delivery Eligibility
When your subscription order totals £10 or more (after discounts are applied), you’ll enjoy free delivery.
For orders under £10, a £1.99 delivery charge will be added at checkout and to all future recurring orders until your subscription total reaches £10 or more.

Please note: Sometimes your subscription can fall out of sync and multiple orders can be placed. If any single order is under £10, the £1.99 delivery charge will still apply. You can consolidate subscriptions in the management portal to avoid this.

Need a little extra to meet the free delivery threshold? You can add products to your subscription at any time to take your total over £10, giving you free delivery and a few more favourites for your four-legged friend.

Next Day Delivery
All subscription orders are sent on a next day delivery service to mainland UK addresses, so you never have to wait long for your Forthglade favourites.

Once you have subscribed you will receive an email confirming your subscription order. The email will include a link to your account which is where you can manage your subscription.

Your first order will be placed and arrive as normal. All future orders will be placed automatically based on your selected delivery frequency. We will take payment at the time each order is processed and will deliver using our express delivery service. 

We’ll email you before each delivery so that you know it is coming soon and you can change or skip if required.

This can be done easily within the subscription section of your Forthglade account.

Active Subscriptions: You can manage your order dates, the frequency of your deliveries, the quantity and you can skip your next order or process now.
Adding Items: You can add products to your subscription order as either a continual new subscription or a one time order.
Managing a individual product: This allows you to swap this product for a different product or skip this specific item
Billing or delivery information: This can be managed in the subscription section of your Forthglade account

Yes, you can process the payment for your next order at anytime which will send to our team for dispatch.

1. Go to subscriptions: Click “View your next order"
2. Choose “Send Now”: This option lets you process the next order immediately instead of waiting for your next process date.
3. Confirm: Approve the change, and your order will be processed right away.
4. Check confirmation: Look for an email or updated status in your account. Your order will be dispatched shortly and you will be notified.

You can view your upcoming deliveries within the subscription section of your Forthglade account.

You can order most recipes from our range of wet food, dry food and treats however our starter pack, taster packs, birthday box and limited edition recipes are excluded.

Simply look for the subscribe and save option on the product page to begin creating your subscription.

If a subscription is taken out during a promotional period and an additional discount is applied, the price will automatically revert to the 10% subscriber discount on full price products.

Sometimes if you have skipped or paused individual products or they are on different delivery frequencies they will not be in the same upcoming order. This can cause split orders.

1. Go to subscriptions: Click “Manage Subscription"
2. Check which products are in your next order: If you orders are split over different frequencies you need to manage the product not in the order and add to the upcoming order.
3. Move next order date: Confirm the product has moved to your next upcoming order
4. Check Frequency: If you want your items to dispatch at the same time every order check the frequency is the same across all products. If you don’t change them to be the same the products will fall out of alignment again.
5. Change the frequency to match: Inside ‘manage this subscription’ update the product to match the other in your upcoming order.

Once you have an active subscription with us, you’re automatically part of our rewards program! That means you’ll get access to exclusive benefits, like credits based on your order value, surprise free gifts in your orders, special competitions, and even discounts!

To earn and keep your rewards, you’ll need an active subscription. An active subscription is ordering at least once every 6 months. If you cancel all your subscription items, any saved credits or rewards will be cleared. If you decide to restart your subscription later, you’ll be eligible for to earn new rewards again.

If you ever need to take a break, we recommend swapping products instead of cancelling them completely, or simply pausing your subscription. By subscribing to Forthglade’s subscription service, you agree to the following terms and conditions related to our Subscription Rewards Program. Please read carefully.

• Eligibility for Free Delivery
  Spend £10 or more (after discounts are applied) and your subscription order will be delivered free of charge. If your subscription order comes to less than £10, a small delivery fee of £1.99 will be added at checkout and subsequent reoccurring orders.
• Eligibility for Rewards
  To qualify for subscriber rewards, including credits and free gifts, your subscription must be active. Rewards will be granted based on the details of your active subscription.
• Subscription Credits
  Subscribers will receive credits based on their subscription value/or duration. These credits can be used towards future purchases. Credits are non-transferable, and only valid for use by the subscribing account holder.
• Free Gifts
  Free gifts may be offered to subscribers based on their subscription streak or other promotional terms. These gifts are subject to availability and may change at Forthglade’s discretion.
• One Time Purchase Voucher Reward
  Only valid on full price items. Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers. Only valid on one time purchases on Forthglade.com, not subscription orders.
• Active Subscription Requirement
  To qualify for and redeem credits and free gifts, your subscription must remain active and a subscription order must be placed at least once every six months. If all products in your subscription are cancelled, or otherwise not active, you will not be eligible to earn or redeem rewards during that time. Failure to place a subscription order every six months will mean your subscription is automatically cancelled.
• Cancellation and Reward Expiration
  If you cancel your entire subscription order, any accumulated credits or rewards will be void and cleared from your account. You will no longer be eligible for any active rewards upon cancellation. You can re-enter the subscription rewards program with a new subscription at any time but existing credits or rewards can't be reinstated.
• Subscriber Competition Eligibility
  Competitions are open to all active subscribers of Forthglade, who have a valid subscription at the time of entry. Subscribers must comply with these competition terms as well as Forthglade's general competition rules, available on our website.
• Changes to the Rewards Program
  Forthglade reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Subscription Rewards Program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will not affect rewards already earned prior to the change, unless otherwise specified.
• Up to £250 in rewards per year*
  The £250 per year rewards value is based on the average spend of our subscribers. Your actual rewards may vary depending on your individual basket value. We're always keeping an eye on our rewards program to ensure it's offering the best value for our subscribers!
• General Terms
  All other terms and conditions on Forthglade.com, including those regarding subscriptions and purchases, apply to the Subscription Rewards Program.

• By purchasing direct from Forthglade from our website or Customer Care Team, you the consumer are bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time but you will be bound by the content published on the date that products are purchased. You are advised to check prior to each order made, to ensure that you fully understand the precise terms. To aid you in determining whether the terms and conditions have changed since your previous Forthglade purchase we will clearly display the most recently updated date, at the base of the terms and conditions. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
• We will confirm your order placed on Forthglade.com/Forthglade’s Customer Care Team. Our dispatch process is fast and it may not be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. For orders which have not yet dispatched, we may be able to initiate a refund, which can take up to 5 working days to be reflected in your account. For orders which have been dispatched, we will give you return instructions and we will initiate a refund when the parcel has been returned to us. The refund will include standard delivery charges at the appropriate rate.

Discount codes are valid for a limited time only and must be entered correctly at checkout to apply. Each promotion will clearly state the discount amount, eligibility, and any specific terms. Discount codes are valid for use on www.forthglade.com only, can only be used once per household, and cannot be exchanged for cash or a cash alternative.

Discount codes cannot be stacked or combined with other offers, including products that are already discounted as part of a sitewide or promotional offer.

Where multiple discounts could apply to the same product (for example, a sitewide promotion and a discount code), the highest single discount will apply. Discounts are applied to the product’s original recommended retail price (RRP) and not to an already discounted price, unless explicitly stated within the promotion (for example, an additional 5% flash discount).

Example:

If a product is already discounted by 25% as part of a sitewide promotion and you enter a 40% discount code at checkout, the 40% discount will apply to the product’s original price, not on top of the 25% discounted price.

Discounts and Subscription:

Onsite discount codes may apply to your first subscription order; any existing subscriber discounts will need to be applied within the subscription portal.

• Our products can be ordered directly from our website or by placing an order over the telephone with one of our Customer Care Team members.
• Our Customer Service team is on hand to take orders from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm. Standard call charges apply.
• The debit, credit and charge cards accepted by us are those listed clearly on the website on the date on which your order is placed. If using a debit card you must be aged 18 years or over, with full authority to use it, to submit an order.
• Payment will be taken at time of order and this payment represents a deposit against your order. The payment will be applied to the contract for sale on dispatch of your order.

• Forthglade.com may occasionally run promotions and competitions. In the event that such an offer applies to your specific purchase, the terms of the special offer shall be subject to our terms and conditions.
