We aim to get your Forthglade goodies out to you as soon as possible.

 

If you need your order quickly, any orders placed before 6pm (Monday-Thursday) using our next day UK delivery service will be dispatched the same working day. For all other orders, we usually dispatch the next working day after the order is placed - but this can be delayed if we're very busy.

 

The majority of our orders are dispatched using DHL, however smaller orders are dispatched using Evri (formally Hermes). We'll keep you up to date via email when your order is dispatched, and include a tracking link.

We can only accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom, however additional delivery charges may apply to deliveries in Northern Scotland, Scottish Highlands & offshore islands.

 

Please note: Due to changes in regulations as a result of Brexit we are no longer able to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or Isle Of Man.

We hope your order reaches you in perfect condition, but if you need to return anything to us please get in touch first -make sure to have your order number handy.

We will of course fully refund the reasonable cost of any items we've sent to you in error, although we do ask that you let us know within 14 days of receiving the delivery if the contents were not what you expected.

 

Although rare - if you've received a faulty product from us (whether you bought it directly from us or not) then please get in touch with the batch details of the faulty product. You'll find the batch details printed on the short side of the plastic tray (for our wet food) or on the reverse of the bag (for our dry food & treats).
