We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day. Orders placed after 6pm will be processed the next working day.

Free 2 - 3 working day delivery on all orders over £40* using couriers DHL or Evri depending on your parcels size

*excludes Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland, delivery costs apply.

Couriers

We use Evri and DHL as our primary couriers. Evri are allocated to smaller parcels and DHL for larger orders. If you have a preference, keep an eye out at the checkout where it will be displayed clearly which courier we'll be using to send your order.

Next Day Delivery Before 7pm*

Need your order quickly? For orders placed before 7pm we offer a next day delivery service from £3.99. This service is currently only available to address in mainland UK. Orders placed using this service will be delivered the next working day (excluding public and bank holidays).

Delivery Options

We have a variety of delivery options and couriers available to choose from to help you get your Forthglade goodies as soon as possible.

Standard UK Delivery

Delivery within 2 - 3 working days | From £3.99 (free for orders over £40)

Our standard services for all orders over £40 are sent via DHL or Evri (formally Hermes), depending on your parcels weight. We'll keep you up to date via email when your order is dispatched, and include a tracking link.

Please be aware your order may arrive in seperate deliveries, especially if you placed a large order.

UK Next Day Delivery

Next working day for orders placed before 7pm | From £5.99 (or £3.99 for orders over £40)

If you need your order quickly, any orders placed before 7pm (Monday-Thursday) using our next day UK delivery service will be dispatched the same working day, excluding public and bank holidays.

Northern Ireland

We're pleased to confirm that we can now ship to Northern Ireland! Due to the cost of this service, we will be charging £4.99 for parcels.

Delivery will be made by DHL for overs over 10kg and Evri for any orders under 10kg.

We're unable to offer a next day delivery service to Northern Ireland so please allow up to 7 working days from the date that you order for your delivery to arrive.

Harder To Reach Destinations

We can only accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom, however additional delivery charges may apply to deliveries in Northern Scotland, Scottish Highlands & offshore islands.

Please note: Due to changes in regulations as a result of Brexit we are no longer able to deliver to The Channel Islands or Isle Of Man. We also have restrictions on delivery to BFPO addresses.

Delivery FAQs

I'm missing half of my order, what should I do?

If you've placed a large order this may arrive in separate deliveries due to the weight and size of our products. You can check this by heading to your dispatch confirmation email and checking your tracking link. If we've had to send it using more than one parcel, the tracking link will state that the order is 'part delivered'. Please be rest assured the courier has the remainder of your order which is usually delivered the next working day.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery is always free based on the minimum order quantities. If placing a sizeable order, we may contact you to arrange pallet delivery for maximum efficiency and to avoid items getting damaged in transit.

Do I qualify for free delivery?

Free delivery is available for all subscription orders over £40.

Orders that are less than £40 will include a delivery cost of £3.99.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

As soon as you've placed your order, we're on it straight away as we know you need it fast! Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to update or cancel your order after it has been placed as it will have already begun to be processed at our warehouse.

Can I recycle Forthglade Packaging?

Our sleeves and trays for our Wet Food are widely recycled.

Our Lightly Baked natural dry food bags and natural treats bags are recyclable.

Our team has been working hard behind the scenes to reduce our pawprint on the planet, all our Cold Pressed dog food bags are now made with recyclable packaging.

This positive change means that across our entire range, we now achieve 99% recyclable packaging (by weight), an important milestone in our mission to protect the environment for future generations of pets and people.

Returns & Replacements

Need to make a return? Don't worry, our helpful and friendly customer service team are on hand to help.

We hope you are pleased with your order, but if it doesn't live up to your expectations, you can return it to us in its original packaging (within 60 days), and we'll give you a refund or exchange it for you. Please note, we do not have a free returns service.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of partly used items - they must be unopened and intact to be eligible for a refund. For the return address and anything else you might need, please contact our team who'll be able to fetch this for you.

In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty product from us, please also have batch details ready if possible - you'll find these on the lid of our wet food trays, on the back of our dry food bags and treat pouches, or on the neck of our supplement bottles.
