We aim to get your Forthglade goodies out to you as soon as possible and we usually dispatch items on the same day or the next working day after the order is placed. This can be delayed during periods of high demand.

We hope your order reaches you in perfect condition, but if you need to return anything to us please get in touch first -make sure to have your order number handy.

We will of course fully refund the reasonable cost of any items we've sent to you in error, although we do ask that you let us know within 14 days of receiving the delivery if the contents were not what you expected.

 

Although rare - if you've received a faulty product from us (whether you bought it directly from us or not) then please get in touch with the batch details of the faulty product. You'll find the batch details printed on the short side of the plastic tray (for our wet food) or on the reverse of the bag (for our dry food & treats).
