Delivery Options

We have a variety of delivery options and couriers available to choose from to help you get your Forthglade goodies as soon as possible.

Standard UK Delivery

Delivery within 3 - 5 working days | From £3.99 (free for orders over £30)

Our standard services for all orders over £30 are sent via DHL or Evri (formally Hermes), depending on your parcels weight. We'll keep you up to date via email when your order is dispatched, and include a tracking link.

Please be aware your order may arrive in seperate deliveries, especially if you placed a large order.

UK Next Day Delivery

Next working day for orders placed before 6pm | From £5.99 (or £3.99 for orders over £30)

If you need your order quickly, any orders placed before 6pm (Monday-Thursday) using our next day UK delivery service will be dispatched the same working day, excluding public and bank holidays.

Harder To Reach Destinations

We can only accept orders for delivery within the United Kingdom, however additional delivery charges may apply to deliveries in Northern Scotland, Scottish Highlands & offshore islands.

Please note: Due to changes in regulations as a result of Brexit we are no longer able to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or Isle Of Man. We also have restrictions on delivery to BFPO addresses.

Delivery FAQs

If you've placed a large order this may arrive in separate deliveries due to the weight and size of our products. You can check this by heading to your dispatch confirmation email and checking your tracking link. If we've had to send it using more than one parcel, the tracking link will state that the order is 'part delivered'. Please be rest assured the courier has the remainder of your order which is usually delivered the next working day.

As soon as you've placed your order, we're on it straight away as we know you need it fast! Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to update or cancel your order after it has been placed as it will have already begun to be processed at our warehouse.

All orders over £30 are free however if placing a sizeable order, we may contact you to arrange pallet delivery for maximum efficiency and to avoid items getting damaged in transit.

Our sleeves and trays for our Wet Food are widely recycled.

Our bags for our Natural Dry product are not yet recycled but we are looking for solutions - watch this space!

Free delivery is available for all subscription orders over £30.

Orders that are less than £30 will include a delivery cost of £3.99.

Returns & Replacements

Need to make a return? Don't worry, our helpful and friendly customer service team are on hand to help.


We hope you are pleased with your order, but if it doesn't live up to your expectations, you can return it to us in its original packaging (within 60 days), and we'll give you a refund or exchange it for you. Please note, we do not have a free returns service.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of partly used items - they must be unopened and intact to be eligible for a refund. For the return address and anything else you might need, please contact our team who'll be able to fetch this for you.

If your order has arrived to you damaged, please drop our team a message.

In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty product from us, please also have batch details ready if possible - you'll find these on the lid of our wet food trays, on the back of our dry food bags and treat pouches, or on the neck of our supplement bottles.

Our team will do everything they can to support queries quickly and without fuss, so you can get back to nourishing your relationship with your four-legged friend.
