Ambassadogs

Bailey is the most loving, caring, gentle, very smart but very spoilt dog, and she doesn't half know it! Bailey’s absolute worst habit is that she loves having a stone in her mouth, 24/7, no matter how big or small it is, you will never get it out, even with a fight, she clenches her mouth shut! Her favourite toy is a plastic burger that she found on a walk about 3 years ago, and to this day it never leaves her side. Bailey’s favourite recipe of food is chicken with oats, or the chicken with liver. And of course, she loves a treat, any treat suits Bailey but especially the soft bites, in every flavour.

Charlie is like a distinguished gentleman, the nicest guy you’ll ever meet. Everyone loves him and he’s just got an absolute heart of gold. Favourite activity is watching cats and chasing squirrels. Enjoys a swim in the sea but only when it’s 30° + and he’s cooked himself sunbathing for a while before hand. Albert is a real life walking little dog syndrome, ball obsessed, but super handsome and thinks he’s the man. Favourite activity apart from playing fetch is licking your face. Enjoys barking, talking and being a little monkey. Favourite treats are the salmon soft bites, though Charlie loves all the Forthglade wet food as they all meet his terribly high standards. Albert also loves the dental soft bites, so he’s got fresh breath for licking your face.

Finn is a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever and Maple is a working cocker spaniel, who live on a remote peninsula in the Scottish Highlands. They are two very active dogs who spend their days either running round the hills or out on the water with us, whether it be on boats, canoes or paddleboards. Finn's all-time favourite thing to do is go lobster potting while Maple prefers watching dolphins. Being so active means that they require the right food to fuel all their adventures and for that we pick Forthglade.  Maple's favourite food is the British Classic Chicken Roast Dinner, whereas Finn, because he is on a special diet, prefers the Salmon wet food. Both of them however will do almost anything for a Salmon soft bite treat! 

Hugo and Spencer are 2 working cocker spaniels who live in Edinburgh. They spend their weeks in the city working from home or in their dog-friendly office (often causing chaos), and their weekends in the highlands camping, hiking andtrail-running. As a puppy, Hugo really struggled with upset stomachs and so developed the nicknames 'stinky boy', 'stinks' and 'poops'. Fortunately, aged 1, we discovered Forthglade and so the stomach problems quickly resolved, butunfortunately (for him), the nicknames stuck! They love and demolish all of the Forthglade range, but they seem to go particularly nuts for the Salmon & Sardine wet trays, and more recently, the new Salmon cold pressed. Due to the high fish content, they're normally followed up with a dental stick or a fresh breath treat!

“Cornwall beaches are Inca and Winston’s favourite place, find them a tidal pool and they could spend hours splashing around. It’s getting them back out that can be a challenge 😂 Thankfully they both have a weakness for Forthglade’s deliciously soft turkey bites so tend to come running at the sight of that handy orange bag!”
