Like most of the UK, we’ve experienced rising costs across all areas of our business over the last 12 months. As a result, we've had to make the difficult decision to adjust our prices. As a valued customer, we've avoided passing on these price increases as long as possible.
Unfortunately, we now need to apply the new product pricing to our website, this will take place on Tuesday 26th July. To help make these changes as smooth as possible, we've outlined, by product each individual price increase – the details of which can be found below. We've also included some frequently asked questions to further explain our need to increase our prices and what this means for you.
If you choose to take out a subscription with us before 25th July 2022, you'll benefit from the current prices + our subscriber 10% discount for another 3 months. Subscription prices will be updated on 26th October 2022.
If you’ve any other questions about these changes, please don't hesitate to contact us using the form below.

FAQs
We recently implemented a series of price increases across our product range which were introduced to help offset the increasing costs of our raw materials and to ensure that we could continue to make the great quality food our four-legged fans know and love. Since this price increase was communicated back in March 2022, businesses across the UK (and indeed the world) have been affected by unexpected challenges that have significantly increased costs in almost every other area of their businesses – raw material costs continue to increase beyond what we were seeing in the early part of the year, fuel & energy costs have significantly heightened following the humanitarian crisis, amongst others. We are already seeing the impact of these increased costs as many of our suppliers having already had to make changes to ensure they too, can continue to do business in a viable way. There isn’t a single area of our business from our factory teams to distribution network that has been able to avoid significant cost increases in recent months.
We’re passionate about our customers and about making great quality food for their four-legged friends – so passing these costs on to our customers isn’t something we’d do unless it is completely necessary to allow us to continue doing so. That said, we wholeheartedly appreciate that this is another increasing cost at a time when many households are already struggling. Rest assured that it will always be our priority to keep our prices as low as possible for our customers and to continue supporting dog owners from all walks of life in the UK and overseas through our extensive charity work.
The last few years have seen a significant number of challenges for us as a business, some of which we’ve been able to anticipate and plan for – but some that unfortunately we haven’t been able to. During Covid we were able to continue operating throughout the pandemic, providing many dog owners with a consistent and reliable source for their dog’s natural, healthy dinners whilst working as hard as possible to protect our customers from the increasing costs following Brexit, that we were already beginning to see across our supply chain.
We made some changes to our pricing earlier this year to reflect the increased cost of our raw materials over the last two years, but since then we have been impacted by significant cost increases across almost every area of our business due to circumstances, we couldn’t have planned for which means that we’re, sadly having to pass some of this additional cost onto our customers.
