Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior National Account Manager to join our team in the UK, focusing on our grocery retail accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with key national grocery retailers, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of commercial targets. You will lead the development and execution of account strategies, negotiating JBP’s, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities within the grocery sector.
Main duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow key national grocery accounts, with a focus on long term partnership development and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at major grocery retailers.
- Drive the execution of joint business plans, ensuring delivery of key financial and operational targets.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and shopper insights to identify opportunities for growth and strategic improvements.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth implementation of account strategies and initiatives.

Experience & Knowledge
- Significant experience in account management, with a proven track record in the UK grocery sector.
- Strong understanding of the UK grocery retail landscape, including market dynamics, key players, and shopper trends.
