Multi Skilled Engineer (Double Day Shift)

Provide Engineering support to Production to ensure efficient performance on all equipment whilst ensuring that all H&S procedures, and engineering best practice is always adhered to.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate & timely records are entered and recorded on all work carried out, root causes of failures and of spares/consumables used.
• Carry out routine maintenance and planned preventative maintenance.
• Attend and resolve breakdowns in a timely manner.
• Promote and complete CI work to reduce costs and increase efficiencies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Times served apprenticeship or equivalent.
• Recognised Engineering qualification.
• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with high-speed packaging automation and robotics.
• Flexible working attitude
• Competent electrical / fault finding & analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
• Methodical & strong attention to detail
