• The winner of the website giveaway will be selected and notified at the end of the giveaway 05.09.22

• The winner of the social media giveaway will be selected and notified at the end of the giveaway 15.08.22

    • The competition is open to UK residents only, over the age of 18 years of age.
      
      
    • Only one entry per household will be allowed to enter the prize draw.
      
      
    • No purchase necessary. Internet access is required.
      
      
    • No cash alternative is available.

    • The prize is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
      
      
    • The prize is not transferable.
      
      
    • The winners will be selected at random and contacted within 28 days of the draw. In the event that a winner has not responded within 7 days of notification, then the promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to a reserve winner.

    • These terms and conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Staff employed by Trespass are not eligible to enter the giveaway and cannot be selected to win.

 

A condition for selection is that the winners follow @trespass and @forthglade, like the post and tag a friend in the comments.

 

Selection decisions cannot be appealed.

 

The giveaway products will be x3 Trespass product bundles worth £460 (x2 product bundles for Forthglade’s website and x1 for Trespass and Forthglade’s social) and £250 Forthglade gift voucher.

 

The giveaway will be delivered free of charge to a winner with a mainland UK delivery address.

 

A winner with a non-mainland UK delivery address will be charged a standard delivery charge.

 

The costs of delivery will depend on the area and/or country of the winner’s delivery address. The potential delivery costs to be incurred by a winner are detailed on https://www.trespass.com/help/delivery.

 

Participating in the giveaway in no way constitutes a sale of goods between the winner and Jacobs & Turner (trading name Trespass hereafter “Trespass”).

 

A giveaway product cannot be exchanged for a different style and/or colour, the size can be picked by the winner.

 

A giveaway product cannot be returned for a part and/or full refund in monies.

 

A giveaway product cannot be returned in part-payment of a previous and/or future order made with Trespass.

 

A winner agrees to the use of his/her name and/or social user account name for the purposes of communicating the details of the winners selected for the promotion.

 

A winner agrees to the sharing of his/her name and delivery address details with Trespass for the purpose of delivering the giveaway product.

 

The giveaway product will be delivered by a third party selected by Trespass.

 

The selection of a delivery carrier cannot be changed by a winner.

 

The use of standard delivery for shipping of a giveaway product cannot be changed by a winner.
