Recycling our packaging
It’s important to us to reduce our environmental pawprint and to do everything we can to protect our planet that our pets love so much. That’s why, wherever possible, we make our packaging recyclable.

We are proud to say that all of our wet food sleeves, trays and boxes are FSC certified.
Treats
As part of our efforts to keep packaging to a minimum and help send less packaging waste to landfill, our polythene bags can be recycled (where facilities exist)
Dry Food
Our Lightly Baked dry food bags can be recycled where facilities exist, at larger supermarkets.
*Cold Pressed dry food bags and wet food films: to maintain the quality of our food we are currently unable to use recyclable films on our wet food trays or recyclable bags for our natural dry food products. We are however always looking for solutions and hope to find a suitable alternative in the near future.

We removed the sleeves from our variety cases, saving over 100 tonnes of packaging per annum.
We use responsibly-sourced biomass electricity, which produces 86% less carbon than coal-generated power
All of our food waste is recycled and turned into electricity, while the bio-fertiliser produced is used to fertilise the land.
We recycle 25 million litres of water each year, equivalent to 8 Olympic size swimming pools
Excess energy from our production process is used to heat the offices and staff facilities
In our factory, we've switched from diesel to electric forklifts to further reduce carbon emissions
Our factory has LED lighting throughout - a more energy efficient solution.
Our new location off the A30 has significantly reduced HGV movement on small country roads, we estimate by over 75,000 miles
