Returns & Refunds
- If you are not fully satisfied with the products, please e-mail us at email@example.com using email title ‘Product Return’ or telephone our Customer Care Team on 01837 83322, and we will do all we can to resolve your issue.
- For product returns we will require prior communication stating the reason for the item’s return along with your customer order number.
- Items being returned must be appropriately packaged to ensure a safe and secure return. Postal item tracking is recommended, as we will not be held responsible for items lost in transit.

- We will only refund the reasonable cost of returning incorrectly supplied or faulty products.
- Please contact us within 14 days if the product is not what you ordered or if it is faulty in some way. Please see our contact details above. Please quote the Batch Number (which can be found printed on the product) and return the item to us at the Forthglade Foods returns address listed above as quickly as possible so that we can establish an acceptable outcome.
- We are unable to accept the return of any product or item unless it is the product or item that was ordered. In such an instance you will remain liable for the item and still have to pay the full product cost and delivery charge. If the product is not the product that you ordered, or is indeed some way faulty, we will refund you the reasonable cost incurred by you of returning the actual incorrect or faulty item back to us, as long as the relevant receipt is forwarded to us. We will not be obliged to refund to you the cost of returning products to us, or the cost of returning any product to us which, upon examination, we believe is not an incorrect product or carries a fault.
