We feel very lucky producing our natural pet food here in Devon - it’s a real privilege, however we try not to take all the wonderful scenery for granted, appreciating that precious areas need protecting if future generations are to enjoy them too, which is why we’re thrilled to be teaming up with the South West Coast Path Association; an organisation dedicated to protecting one of the region’s most treasured dog walking spots.

The South West Coast Path is the longest of the country’s fifteen National Trails and enables walkers and their dogs to explore 630 miles of breath-taking views along the coastline, from Minehead in Somerset to Poole Harbour in Dorset. Over 70% of the Path is in either a National Park or an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, making it one of the world’s best walks and winner of the ‘Best in the Great Outdoors’ category in the South West’s Dog Friendly Awards for two years running. If you haven’t visited yet, watch this video and you’ll see all that the path has to offer.

With over 600 circular walks available online, the Path has something for everyone and all ages of dogs. The South West Coast Path Association provides masses of information to help dog owners enjoy the Path safely and responsibly with tips and advice on the best dog friendly walks, beaches, hotels and restaurants, how to keep dogs safe around grazing livestock and cliff edges and much more.

Every Mile Matters

 

We're supporting the Every Mile Matters campaign to help raise vital funds of £100,000 for the South West Coast Path Association. We know that it's absolutely imperative that there are outdoor places that we can explore with our four-legged friends, especially the South West coastline.
